Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham

I loved the property and nice staff and rooms. Booked table at The Grill, it's their onsite restaurant. Everything was simply good.

The shuttle from train station was a great perk and breakfast was included.

Our standard double room with clean cups and clean towels, as example was newly remodelled.

Everything was lovely, and it had fast wi-fi. We greatly enjoyed to spend 1 day in standard queen room. The hotel was placed in the very central location central to everything.

The hotel was what we loved during christmas. Ride to the airport takes about 35 minutes.

The full English breakfast was included and had a great selection of food. The venue was set in the very central position near Birmingham, Broad Street, the Arena. Went to O'neill's for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel: D

Shame the bathroom was not clean.

My 1 night in Birmingham were perfectly pleasant! The bed was very comfy, and I loved that the room was neat and great-sized. The staff there were really friendly and pretty friendly.

The place was exceptionally clean and staff was fairly friendly. We got an air-conditioned room with two double beds. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

I loved very good staff and rooms. The beds were hard here, even so it was a quite comfortable stay all in all.

The bathroom I had was quite small.

Stuff was professional, room was beautiful and the amenities where good as well. Hotel was reasonably clean. The breakfast was rich and warm, liked its service. True 4-star experience, good service.

I enjoyed the room with two double beds, my bed was very big. They provided a wide array of fine choices for breakfast that was included.

Everything was great, we spent really great time here. Truly enjoyed the buffet breakfast there. Central location, brilliant staff. Very easy to get from Birmingham airport, just 12 miles.

We were there for 1 night, overall had the best stay. Top position and immaculate room. A fantastic service and gorgeous breakfast.

Liked this independent hotel, totally recommend. Room had a luxury bathroom and coffee, climate control and flat-screen television. Large breakfast, impeccable service. The piano bar was excellent and the drinks were hot. Had access to its wifi, it was stable.

Location and food were a plus and I liked it. The room had climate control, flat-screen TV and hairdryer plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. They made my stay splendid.

Light rooms & so lovely staff. The buffet breakfast was plentiful here, loved it. Air conditioning, flat-screen TV and hairdryer in the room, reasonable location. The staff did all they can for a superb stay. Walking distance to a supermarket and shopping malls across the street.

Truly enjoyed dining at Pizza Express, set within 10 minutes' walk. Room was GOOD value.

The place was reasonably priced. The rooms were soundproof and the service EXCELLENT. The Westside district deserves your attention.

Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Pushkar that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Excellent home base for a city trip in Birmingham! We appreciated it.
